SCM students won first place in HackWeekend KCH

School of Computing and Creative Media sent four students, namely Michael Lian Gau, Faizul bin Hadiman, Chew Jian Wei and Ting Siong Yii, to participate in the HackWeekend KCH.  HackWeekend KCH was a hackathon event jointly organised by TEGAS and MaGIC. The 40 hours hackathon event aimed to serve as a platform to discover local talents and develop IoT solutions for agriculture industry.  These four SCM students developed an IoT solution which can be used to facilitate the harvesting of oil palms and won the first place. As a reward for wining the hackathon, the students were given the tickets to join the Pre-accelerator Bootcamp organized by MaGIC.
